We are happy to hear that you like our service! :) I value the service offering though, and I think all these things are correctable and possibly unintentional, so I’ll review and update this if I see improvement on all 3 issues. Again, I am forced to consider why and it doesn’t feel like the app is thinking about me as a long term relationship but rather a user to trick for one more month accidental membership. Saving things that aren’t courses is also a mess.įinally, in what is clearly a deliberate design decision, you can’t freeze/pause membership in the app. ![]() I do functional fitness at Crunch fit wedding every couple days and that flow remains super painful … validate my location is nearby and just let me do this in one click. Every time I go to a service provider I still have to pick what I’m doing. There’s no ability to have more efficiency in the flow I used every day which is checking in at my favorites. In fact, I don’t get the sense any preference is saved. We are part of the neighborhood - bringing together awesome members with encouraging staff for unlimited high-fives. Clubs are squeaky-clean & up-to-date with fun and inviting spaces to do your thing. We’re constantly working hard to gym-prove your fitness experience. Searches and parameters are not saved, and you never get spontaneous inputs or updates that something new and exciting related to your preferences is available. We take pride in a gym designed around you. I find discovery to be clunky and inefficient in the app.
